Microsoft June 2008 DirectX SDK Update

Microsoft have released the latest update to the DirectX SDK, for all you Windows games programmers. The June 2008 update brings the following headline changes and updates:
Significant improves in speed and stability with PIX
xAPO effects library for XAudio2
Some new BPs and DXGI stuff for D3D10
Big backwards compatibility changes in the HLSL compiler
So nothing to run at full speed towards your IDE for, although the HLSL compiler changes might trip a few up if they're not careful. Regression tests ahoy methinks, and the possible crash in PIX debugging D3D9 under 64-bit Vista could be a supreme pain in the ass.
You can get the new SDK update from the Microsoft website. Read about it on the download details page.
