Intel's Larrabee Development Group surfaces again

After a raft of similar stories this past August, Intel's shadowy Larrabee Development Group (LDG) has surfaced again in the job ads. This time for a "Graphics System Architect" for a project described as "working on the next generation of leading-edge graphics technologies". The Register works itself into a lather over the whole thing here, but it should be noted that the advert makes it clear that LDG is still ramping their staff ("seeking hardware graphics engineers and/or architects (for lead position) in all aspects of graphics development"), and thus holding one's breath for imminent results would seem to be contra-indicated for health reasons. Though it would also appear that LDG has some GPU logic to test, as they are seeking someone to test it.

It's also worth noting that previous reporting regarding Intel's graphics efforts has tipped their Folsom, CA campus as a hotbed of this activity. However, the home of LDG is Beaverton, OR --so it becomes an open question if graphics enthusiasts have one or two locations to sniff after regarding Intel's plans in the graphics space going forward.
