"Multiply Your Innovations" motto of this year's San Francisco IDF

Intel just announced the details pertaining to the San Francisco Intel Developer Forum, taking place 18-20 September of this year. Other than its theme, “multiply your innovations,” Intel also issued the listing of the company keynoters.

Taking place over three days, IDF serves as a platform for Intel to communicate about its current plans for the future. Technological sessions and presentations are also the common lot during the forum. The event serves as well as a trade-fair for more than a hundred exhibitors.

The published list of Intel keynoters comprises:

  • Gordon Moore, Intel co-founder – Sept 18
  • Paul Otellini, Intel president and CEO – Sept 18
  • Pat Gelsinger, Intel senior vice president and general manager, Digital Enterprise Group –Sept 18
  • David Perlmutter, Intel senior vice president and general manager, Mobility Group – Sept 19
  • Anand Chandrasekher, Intel senior VP and general manager, Ultra Mobility Group – Sept 19
  • Renee James, Intel vice president and general manager, Software and Solutions Group – Sept 20
  • Justin Rattner, Intel chief technology officer and senior Fellow – Sept 20

Gordon Moore, known for his law about the exponential growth of transistors count in integrated circuits, will converse with Dr. Moira Gunn of "Tech Nation" on the evolution of the computer industry over the past decades.

The pre-registration process for the press and analysts started yesterday.
