NVIDIA release ForceWare 97.94 for Windows XP

NVIDIA have released ForceWare 97.94 for Windows XP (all flavours and both x86 variants), for users of their GeForce 8800 products. The release notes are light on details, but Beyond3D forum users report that the notes don't contain the whole story (sadly) and that fixes are in there for more issues than NVIDIA state.

So if you're frustrated with playing Company of Heroes in SLI mode under Windows XP, or World of Warcraft has you in its crack-addiction-esque grip, 97.94 seems like a driver for you. Hell, being the first 8800 driver since January is probably reason enough for most customers of G80 on XP to give it a go.

You can find the x86 and x64 release on NVIDIA dot com. Thanks to The Tech Report for the tip.
