Not sure about the ALL CAPS myself, but AMD, ATIC and MDC's joint venture finally got its final name, logo and presence on the Internet.
The website talks about GLOBALFOUNDRIES' core strengths, technology and services, the company structure, where it's located and all the other good stuff.
I like The Foundry Company myself, but that's possibly because it didn't abuse my left pinky finger so much when typing it.
