3D Lightmap generator?
Is there an Open Source or commercial tool that can generate Lightmaps in a 3D texture format as used in the following Demo:

Try Voreen
http://www.voreen.org/ or Volview http://www.kitware.com/products/volview.html I think vray does it http://www.evermotion.org/tutorials/...-vray-lightmap Udk might do it and I think the cryengine can do it too

I don't have in depth understanding about these software and their use but still VolView seemed good. Thanks for sharing Davros.
